Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Order Proposals

Order proposals sent via our website are considered offers to purchase products or services by the customer.

We reserve the right to accept or reject order proposals at our sole discretion.

Acceptance of an order proposal will take place by sending an order confirmation to the customer.

Prices and Payments

The prices of products or services are expressed in Euros and are subject to change without notice.

Payments must be made in EUROS within the terms established in the order confirmation.

We reserve the right to require prepayment or other payment guarantees at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet stated delivery times but cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.

Shipping costs will be calculated when the order is sent and will be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged or defective, unworked products and subject to authorization from us.

If the goods sold have defects that make them unsuitable for the use for which they are intended or appreciably reduce their value, the customer must report the defect in the goods within 8 days of discovery, within one year of delivery of the goods.

The competent court for any dispute that may arise is the Court of Nola (NA), the location of the operational headquarters of Manifattura lineami Cimmino srl.

Shipping costs for returns will always be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of our service or failure to deliver products.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our service will not exceed the total amount paid by you.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
